Our goal is to create a marketplace that enables all stakeholders in the process; homebuyers, sellers, agents, and agencies. We’re working closely with our agent partners to list their secondary market (resale) properties and with developers to list primary market (off-plan) properties.
Our online marketplace will provide an easy way for homebuyers to search through the best properties on the market while also providing a platform for our agent partners to gain more visibility on their listings. We want our customers to find the property they’ve been searching for, whether that's one of our primary market listings or our partner's secondary market listings.
And it’s not just the online experience we’re committed to improving – there are key moments in the home buying search that happen offline and we want them to be just as seamless and hassle-free as our online experience. That’s why we verify all our listings, so what you’re seeing online is exactly what you’ll see when you go for a viewing – no more wasted trips or nasty surprises. And we value your time, so we’ll never cancel a property showing last minute or simply not show up. Our home advisors care about our clients and will always be geared with in-depth knowledge of the property, area, and current market trends so they can help them make informed smart decisions.
