Our mission at Huspy is to revolutionize the home buying process, making it easier for everyone involved. Today we are excited to announce that Huspy has acquired Home Matters, the leading mortgage broker in the UAE, nudging us one step closer in that direction.
Home Matters started as one of the first mortgage brokers in the UAE and has earned an outstanding reputation in the market with its clients, financial institutions, and banks. This is the result of hard work, resilience, and uncompromising ethics. From our first meetings with Sawan and Dan, we were genuinely impressed by what they’ve managed to build over the past 15 years: an incredibly efficient business with some of the highest standards of customer service we’ve seen. A rare feat to achieve in this part of the world. Huge congratulations and respect go to them.
Building a company from the ground up is by far the single most difficult thing I’ve attempted. It requires loads of hard work and an unwavering belief in what you’re solving for. It’s also extra difficult to go on this mission alone. You need to surround yourself with talented people, people who are smarter than you, people who will bleed for the cause. But don’t underestimate the value of surrounding yourself with good people, people that share your beliefs and values, people that need to find a better way to do things, no matter what. At Huspy, we call them Hustlers with Hearts of Gold. These people are not easy to find.
But we’ve found them. The Home Matters team shares our values of pushing for excellence, while remaining humble. Joining forces was the natural next step to accelerate our growth and impact, propelling us into a bright new future where we can achieve our shared vision of developing and improving the market for every industry stakeholder.

This is our first acquisition (hopefully of many) and it comes at a very exciting time, as we’re expanding our operations to Europe (we’re already live in Spain, ¡vamos!). The goal at Huspy will always be to redefine the “norm” for the tech industry in the region by attracting the best people and building a global company out of Dubai.
