How would you explain your role to your parents?
As an Account Executive, I help Huspy's team of agents grow and improve daily. I connect with them, understand their needs, and make sure they get the best support. It’s a rewarding role because I get to make a positive impact on their success.
Why did you decide to join Huspy?
I joined Huspy because I believe it offers the best value proposition in the industry. I have complete confidence in the company's future, which is crucial for effectively communicating this to our agents.
What's your team currently building?
We are currently focused on expanding beyond Madrid, as it has become too small for us. We aim to extend our network to various provinces across Spain. We are studying the unique characteristics of each province to build the strongest network of agents in each area.
How do you envision the future of the Real Estate SuperApp at Huspy?
I believe our SuperApp represents the future of real estate. Thanks to our talented team of developers, we’ve created the most advanced algorithm in the industry, designed to streamline our agents' activities.
What is the most exciting project you’ve worked on in the last few months around our expansion?
Since we started expanding in Spain, it’s been a thrilling ride. We’ve entered cities where we’re not yet well-known, aiming to become the leading agency. The initial challenge is intense, but it becomes exhilarating when we begin bringing on our first agents. We’re not there yet, but I’m eagerly anticipating our first transaction.
What achievement are you most proud of from your time at Huspy so far?
One of the achievements that motivates me most at Huspy is the end of each quarter. The pressure to meet our targets is immense, and it transforms us from individual contributors into a united team striving for a common goal. During those two or three weeks, we refine our negotiations, synchronize our efforts, and collaborate closely. It’s the only way to achieve our Moonshot.
What is your favorite product team ritual?
Each month, the Sales team hosts an event for real estate agents with a different theme each time. We connect with a diverse range of professionals, including current Huspy agents and those interested in our services. These events typically feature engaging activities for everyone to join, along with food and drinks.
