This week, we sit down with Lido, our Business Operations Specialist. He was drawn to Huspy's innovative approach to mortgages and their focus on simplifying home buying. How would you describe your role to your parents?

I have two main roles at Huspy. First, I work on improving our processes to make sure we have the most efficient team in the industry. This helps us work better and serve our customers faster. Second, I focus on building better relationships with all our external partners. This helps us grow together and make the processes smoother for everyone involved.

What does the Business Operations Team look like at Huspy?

The Business Operations Team at Huspy is like a team of superheroes, each with their unique powers and skills, coming together to save the day. They work to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and support the overall growth and success of the company

Why did you decide to join Huspy?

I decided to join Huspy because I was impressed by their innovative approach to the mortgage industry and their commitment to making the home buying process easier for everyone. Huspy is revolutionizing the industry, and I wanted to be part of that.

What is your favorite team ritual at Huspy?

My favorite team ritual at Huspy is our team meeting where we discuss projects, share ideas, address problems, and brainstorm solutions. It's a collaborative and dynamic environment where we work together to improve our processes and support our internal and external customers better.

What’s your team currently building?

Our team is currently focused on building strong partnerships with real estate agents. We are working on setting processes together with them, empowering them with information and tools to become the best in the market. This collaborative effort is not only enhancing our relationships but also improving the overall quality of service we provide

What achievement are you most proud of from your time at Huspy so far?

I'm most proud of the way we've transformed our relationship with banks at Huspy. They see us as partners for growth, relying on us to shape the way mortgages work. It's rewarding to be at the frontline  of this change, creating a more collaborative and innovative approach to the industry

How do you envision the future of the Business Operations function at Huspy?

I envision the future of the Business Operations function at Huspy as integral to both our mortgage and real estate operations, looking at the entire flow end-to-end. As we continue to grow and innovate in both industries, I see our operations team playing a central role in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration across all departments. By integrating our operations from mortgage to real estate, we can create a seamless experience for our customers, ensuring that their journey from finding a home to securing a mortgage is as smooth and efficient as possible.
